Public space and private facilities

The earlier announcement describes public space and a riverwalk extension. The current marketing also describes residents’ facilities. Those are different kinds of access: a proposed gym or private club should not be read as a public neighbourhood amenity.

For residents, the questions to follow are when public connections open, how construction affects access, and which hospitality venues are confirmed. We have not independently verified opening dates for those elements.
