Sources and dates
We identify original sources, distinguish current announcements from historical background and date our source checks. Developer and business statements are attributed. An announcement is not confirmation that a project is complete or an event is going ahead unchanged.
Fairness and commercial interests
We distinguish reporting, opinion, guides and paid content. Material conflicts are disclosed. Significant allegations require appropriate verification and an opportunity for response before publication.
Photography
Archive photographs illustrate the neighbourhood and are labelled with credits and dates where available. They are not presented as evidence of current construction progress.
Corrections
Send the article link, the disputed information and supporting evidence. Factual changes are assessed on their merits. Material corrections should be explained on the affected story, with the date of the change.
