What has been announced
Kokoda Property’s media release of 5 July 2024 reported a development approval for a scheme with five buildings, more than 200 residences and a hotel. That announcement also described a 220-metre riverwalk extension.
The 2024 approval announcement and today’s marketing website describe the project differently. They should be read in their own context; neither is a substitute for the latest approved plans and conditions.
What residents can check
The project website is the source for the builder-appointed statement. This report does not independently confirm the contractor, construction progress or completion date. For the statutory record, search the Skyring Terrace address in Council’s development application system.
